Cloud based Smart Healthcare Management System Using Blue Eyes Technology

In today’s modern world, health care management system is becoming as an emerging research area. In health care, still manual work take a lot of time to measure multiple parameters of a patient. Also, in recent days there is an extensive demand for skilled workers in the field of health care. To reduce the manual work, a solution is proposed to automate all the patient monitoring activities through Blue Eyes Technology. The main idea is to use the BET for the betterment in health care management system and to monitor a patient with the help of BET. It measures various parameters that include emotions, mood variations, blood pressure, heart rate, skin temperature, and electrocardiogram. The major steps involved are process of giving sensing capacity to a device, so that it can sense some basic metrics of a human being, then, human emotion detection involves the process of observing different emotions of a human which includes happiness, sadness, fear, anger, surprise and disgust and finally, respond appropriately and properly if any critical situation occur

It has now reached to the technology known as “Blue Eyes Technology” that can sense and control human emotions and feelings through gadgets. The eyes, fingers, speech are the elements which help to sense the emotion level of human body. This paper implements a new technique known as Emotion Sensory World of Blue Eyes Technology which identifies human emotions (sad,happy,excited or surprised) using image processing techniques by extracting eye portion from the captured image which is then compared with stored images of data base. After identifying mood the songs will be played to make human emotion level normal.

With the advent of cloud computing, massive and automated system management has become more important for successful and economical operation of computing resources. However, traditional monolithic system management solutions are designed to scale to only hundreds or thousands of systems at most. In this paper, we present Blue Eyes, a new system management solution to handle hundreds of thousands of systems. Blue Eyes enables highly scalable and reliable system management with a multi-server scaleout architecture. In particular, we structure the management servers into a hierarchical tree to achieve scalability, and management information is replicated into secondary servers to provide reliability and high availability. In addition, Blue Eyes is designed to extend the existing single server implementation without significantly restructuring the code base. Several experimental results with the prototype have demonstrated that Blue Eyes can reliably handle typical management tasks for a large scale of endpoints with dynamic load-balancing across the servers, near linear performance gain with server additions, and an acceptable network overhead.
