demand for RF power semiconductors
The demand of RF power semiconductor is increasing. Mainly it is used with the transmitter section of the wireless products. All the chips of the wireless system are cmos process based due to low cost, high integrity, but we can not put power amplifier inside the cmos chip as it will add more noise to the cmos blocks and for high power application we can not use cmos technology as vdd is decreasing with lower technology nodes.
