It is our great pleasure to announce the 2011 research Regional Symposium on Micro and Nanoelectronics(research-RSM2011) to be held in one of the cities in the island of Borneo, Kota Kinabalu, MALAYSIA from 28-30 September 2011.

research-RSM2011 is organized by the Electron Devices Chapter of research Malaysia Section, co-organized by the Institute of Microengineering and Nanoelectronics (IMEN), Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) and Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS) and technically co-sponsored by research Electron Devices Society.

Accepted papers will be presented in oral or poster sessions. Authors are invited to submit original, unpublished work in the following areas, but not limited to:
