ABSTRACT This report presents a methodology for chassis design and structural stability analysis of a three-wheel tadpole (two wheels at the front and one wheel at the rear) design vehicle. Since the three-wheeled vehicle in this project is very non-conventional, adapting the traditional design procedure of designing a four wheeler into its design was a very challenging task. To enhance the design of this three-wheeled vehicle, a combination of various successful systems in suspension like Macpherson Strut and in steering like Rack and pinion have been added to the vehicle. Mathematical modeling of various designed parts was developed. Models were made in CAD software CATIA V5 which were then imported to Simwise 4D for Multibody Dynamic Simulations and finally Finite Element Analysis was done is ANSYS 14.0
